Learn about the creatures inhabiting close to your backyard! Some creatures we might find are: scorpions, tarantulas, lizards, geckos, spiders, owls, jackrabbits, snakes and maybe a coyote. We will use black lights to seek out the various night creatures inhabiting our desert.

This is a family event. Minors must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Bring water and wear closed-toed shoes. If you have a black light bring it along. If not, we have a few to share. 
 

The Astronomical Society of the Desert will have telescopes set up offering stargazing opportunities for constellations, planets, galaxies, and more!
