Whether you are new to Friends, a hike leader, hike sweep, trail ambassador, visitor services or just want to know about plants, this field day is for you.  We will be looking for the best wildflowers in Coachella Valley area.  We will have discussions about the various flowers and how to identify the unique characteristics of the bloom, leaves, pollinators and a fun fact or two about the plant.  Be prepared to talk to the public about locations and flowers, but most important will be at the Wildflower Festival.
